The great thing following this announcement was new Scobleizer logo specially designed for him by Ismael El Qudsi, eventhough by this writing the blog title is still Scobleizer – Microsoft Geek's blog.

I predict that this blog will be the next big thing since it seems that more blog posted in a day since the move.

While I'm scobleizing, I'm expecting to be able to googleizing more easier than ever.

by: Joshua Feinberg

In the early stages of developing an IT support business, the owners typically wear all the hats: the sales hats, the technical hats, and the administrative hats, until the company has established enough of a client base that it can justify delegating certain things to a salesperson or a couple of different technical people. In this article, you’ll learn why you need to wear so many hats in the beginning and when to start handing the hats to someone else.

Why So Many Hats are Important in the Beginning

Many people come to me and say, “Well, I’m just the owner. I’m an entrepreneur. I’m good at pulling it all together, but I’m not really a techie. And I’m not really the sales guy. What should I do?” I’m going to be very blunt. You’re behind the 8 ball already because a lot of your local competitors are wearing all of these hats, especially during the startup phase of their IT support business.

In a lot of cases, your firm is going to be competing for these sweet spot clients against one-person consultants who may be working out of their homes with extremely low overhead. These are the rare folks that are pretty good technically and happen to have pretty good sales-oriented kinds of personalities.

When to Start Passing Out Hats

That’s not to say that you couldn’t have a good technical person and keep him or her very busy and a good full-time salesperson. Typically, however, your IT support business evolves over time. The owner starts out by being both the salesperson, and the technical person. As the company gets busier, your firm starts subcontracting out some of the overflow work or work that is not up your alley (specialist tasks). This frees you up to go out a little more on sales calls.

Then, when you get to the point where you have a couple different subcontractors that you consistently sending this work to, your light bulb will start to go off. You realize for the money your firm is spending on subcontractors, you could put someone on payroll.

The Bottom Line about IT support

Keep in the back of your mind that some of your competitors are going to be able to be skilled at sales and technical issues right off the bat. And they may give you a run for the money. You will want to think about this issue carefully as you start to position your business.

By Ari Krizsan

What would you do if you had to start your internet business from scratch with no money at all?’ This is a question that often pops up on the message boards of affiliate marketing sites. It usually comes from newbies trying to figure out what works best and fast. And the same answer comes up from experienced internet gurus: Create money making blog empires!

Why are blog empires a perfect way for making money?

1. Blogs are easy to set up and manage:

Maintaining a blog doesn’t require programming and webdesign skills. You just register an account with a blogging service like Blogger.com, and you can start immediately posting messages.

2. There are no start-up costs:

Blogging services like Blogger are absolutely free. You don’t need to spend money on hosting and domain names. If you run 30-50 niche sites and pay a domain name for each, it’s a huge sum of money. If you run 30-50 or hundreds of blogs, when using free bloggging services, it doesn’t cost you a dime.

3. Blogs are indexed by search engines within days:

One of the main problems that website owners have to overcome is getting into the search engines. With Google it can be an annoyingly long process (think of the Google sandbox effect). In the meantime, blogs are indexed much faster, usually within days, thanks to RSS feeds.

4. Blogs are a better way to promote affiliate products:

This comes from the nature of blogs. Blogs are a series of subjective opinions written by everyday people. It is a well-known fact, that the best way to sell affiliate products is to write a sincere, positive review. Experienced internet gurus use this technique to rank in tens of thousands of dollars monthly. Word of mouth advertising is till one of the most effective methods to persuade people to buy something. A well written blog post can do this for you.

5. Blogs can be easily monetized by using Adsense:

Contextual advertising is a popular way for webmasters to earn money without effort. With blogs it is the same. Just put a piece of code into your page’s source and there you have it. Then wait for your visitors to click the ads. Even if you don’t know much of HTML codes, you can benefit from displaying text ads. Blogger offers you to put Adsense ads on your blog’s template, and you can do this from the Blogger menu with a few clicks, so no need to bother with HTML codes. It even offers you to match the color of ads with the colors of your blog’s layout. It is called blending and it increases click through rates enormously.

Secret methods of creating money making blog empires fast

Method 1:

The first method is to create blogs that concentrate on certain problems. In your posts first describe the problem, then offer a solution. This solution should be an affiliate product or service, that you promote. Most people use the internet to find information for solving a problem. For example, treatments for acne problems, solutions for money matters, where to rent a car on holidays, reliable softwares against viruses and spams, etc. This is where you can wirte about how you had the same problem and how this or that product solved it.

If you start 5 blogs a day, you will have 150 blogs at the end of the first month. Imagine how much money you can earn from this blog empire. And that would be just the first month. This method sounds simple and obvious but many affiliate bloggers do it wrong. There is a new way to do this successfully. You can read more about it in my blog: http://blogging-to-the-bank.blogspot.com.

Method 2:

This is a less often used method. Use your blogs as online courses or online tutorials. Find a topic and start a series of posts like it’s a series of lessons. Your fist post should be lesson 1, the second post should be lesson 2, and so on. Place affiliate links into your posts. You can also use these blogs for generating Adsense revenue. Keep the number of lessons between 10-20. If you don’t like writing or don’t know the subject well enough, go to free article directories. Pick 10-20 articles of your subject area and convert them into a series. That’s all.

Start blogging today and in a month you will have a blog empire earning you a decent amount of money. For more information see my blog below.

By Matt Canham

For anyone thinking about writing an ebook, the first step requires sitting down to determine your interests and passion. You should already have a niche market in mind before you start and your ebook has to offer much more than an offline book. Part of that relates to creating a community aspect and you can also use links to other sites, audio, video and bonuses to add value to your ebook.

The first ebook I ever purchased was by Anthony Ellis and it was about weight training. There was the actual pdf manual, but beyond that, he had a members area and a real sense of community, which was something I wanted to emulate.

But what should an ebook be about?

The recent experiment conducted by Stephen King shows there is no substitute for a real book when it comes to entertainment. His planned system of selling off chapters one at a time was less than successful, so much so he discontinued it.

A successful ebook then, will offer solutions and answers not entertainment. People interested in a particular subject want to know how to get involved immediately. An ebook should contain everything they will need and are likely to want to know. It should be simple, clear and easy to follow and when done most effectively, your ebook site should become a community where you are the resident expert. As you build your opt-in list, your profile will grow and you will become the expert in your particular area, but with that comes some responsibility.

Under promise and over deliver.

Sales letter writing is an industry of its own, but this is one mistake I have seen time and time again. The product promises to solve the customers problems, but the actual ebook fails to deliver.

One example of this was an ebook I read recently about moving to a new area. The ebook promised inside tips on how to get set up immediately, but the ebook was simply a collection of articles written by others on the subject. No mention of the authors own experiences at all. I was actually reviewing the ebook, but would have asked for a refund if I had purchased it.

Many people believe longer guarantees will result in less refunds. I disagree. I think the key to limiting refunds is to under promise and over deliver. If your ebook is excellent and provides more than they expected, they won’t ask for a refund. Simple.

Another big factor is customer service – you only get one chance to make a bad impression. The idea of selling and forgetting should be completely out of your mind. You are there to support the people anyway you can, otherwise don’t write the ebook in the first place – that market is already saturated.

The following is taken from an actual ebook page. “Please don’t send in emails asking us how you go about finding work. I get around 30 of these a day and to be honest everyone is so different, so the only practical thing I can tell them is get the ebook. So if you are emailing me to ask me how to find a job all I can say is, get the ebook.”

That person may actually make sales in spite of themselves, but it is an extremely poor example of customer service. Some people won’t just take out their credit card and buy the ebook. They want to interact with a human and ask a few questions first. Most people don’t expect you to provide all the ebook content in an email, but it is a chance for you to remain helpful and over deliver with prompt, friendly customer service. I can’t count the number of sales I have made simpy by answering questions in a timely manner.

Auto-responders are fantastic for your opt-in subscribers. Provide them with some free information they can read instantly and they will start to trust you. Provide them with an excellent ebook and they will start to like you. Support them and help in any way and they will start to love you.

You can test your auto responses and keep doing so until you start making what I call “immaculate sales.” The reader visits your site, opts-in, reads the free report, then buys the ebook. It will happen because they can see through the testimonials you are someone they would want to do business with.

Respond immediately to their email enquires and they will want to do business with you. Think of all the times you have received rapid responses to emails you sent out. It doesn’t happen very often, but you always remember it. Consider this – “only 51% of online marketers reply to customer email and of that only 30% actually reply within 1 business day.”

I challenge you to be in the top 1% – answer every email you receive and do it as soon as you read the email. Before long, you will receive the recognition, the praise and the sales you deserve. And above all that, you will be really helping people.

You may not believe this. 84% of middle school students surveyed would rather clean their rooms, eat their vegetables, take out the garbage, and go to the dentist than sit down with their math homework.

To make math more interesting, Raytheon launched MathMovesU — aimed at improving math and science education among middle school-aged students in America. Raytheon, a leader in defense and government electronics, space, information technology, technical services, and business and special mission aircraft, joins the ranks of companies as varied as General Electric, IBM, Toyota and Kellogg’s, which have all introduced math and science education initiatives since the 2005 school year began.

What kind of blog are you? If you can answer this question, you’re on the right direction.

Today millions of people staring at their computer screen writing whatever comes in their mind. Tons are just one lonely article ever published and gone. Well, it’s not really gone forever. It stays in the internet space. Debris. (Un)fortunately, sometimes it stays at first page of SERP!

Blogging worths mentioning for one reason. It is the fast becoming standard of expression. Even standard of public relation, standard of marketing. Whatsoever.

What-kind-of-blog-are-you is not a question of blogging software or hosting you are using. It’s not also about your blog presentation. It’s your content.

What are you writing for your blog? Those are you. So be carefull with your writing. It judges you.

Time Left Until Release: 2days, 12hours 30minutes. That’s the last time I visited Keyword Elite Blog. I was quite reluctant even to put my name on priority notification. No. Not because I do not like the product. Eventhough I did not have the luxury to betatest it, I believe that it will work great. I put my trust on those betatesters who had made their testimonials and reccomendation.

Three reasons:
1. The price has not been set up yet.
2. I have not finished yet with my ‘serious’ sites. So, I’ve been thinking of not to waste anything in advance.
3. I don’t think I can be allowed to promote it as an affiliate. Most of affiliate providers don’t accept affiliate from my country. Which, I think, is a mistake.

Do you have a dream list? You don’t? So, what would you be 5 years from now? 10 years? Your dream list leads you to some goals. Goals lead you to some actions. It means that any item on your dream list is achieveable. Because you will act on it. But, if you don’t have it (the dream list) what do you expect?

Today I found one new item to complete my dream list.
the TIGER SHARK 19-inch Laptop with Dual (SLI) Video Adapters.

The new TigerShark TX-5900 from CompAmerica uses the AMD 64-Bit Mobil Turion Processor, coupling it to TWO nVidia 7800GTX SLI Video Adapters for maximum Graphic speed, integrated to a quite literally gigantic 19 inch (diagonal) fast response LCD Panel. http://www.compamerica.com

Dubbed as the “Biggest Screen Mobil Gaming Computer in the World” and the “Fastest Graphics in a Laptop on Earth”, CompAmerica (http://www.compamerica.com) has announced the TigerShark Tx-5900 (http://www.compamerica.com/TigerShark).The new series of TigerSharks sport an advanced, ultra fast response, vibrantly bright 19 inch diagonal LCD Screen.

The new 19 inch diagonal “Super LCD” is integrated into a mobil laptop cabinet that is from 1 to 1.8 inches slim from bow to stern. It weighs in slightly less than the ORCA FX-2 series. Inside this amazingly designed cabinet are two nVidia 7800 GTX 256MB Extreme Video Adapters, each with 256MB, for a total of 512MB of Graphic Memory and 8 GPUs.

The technology that links them together into a single Graphics Processor, is called “SLI” (Scalable Link Interface). The two Adapters are coupled together like two workhorses, to produce graphics performance simply unavailable from a single Video Adapter.Backed by AMD’s newest 64-Bit Turion ML-44 (and others) from the newest lower voltage consumption breed of AMD 64 processors, the system strikes out to achieve new heights of performance for Gamers, Molecular Modelers and even Video Developers.

The system supports Windows XP (and Windows Vista) exclusively, says the manufacturer, CompAmerica. However local buyers shopping the new product have said that CompAmerica is privately investing in SLI support for Linux and Unix operating systems for those who are running applications in that operating system arena.”We have had a lot of speculators place everything from phony sales ads in our business name for products like this with the wrong parts in it, trying to upset us, to resellers who upon grabbing a digital photo of this model, started hyping it up in the past week.

But the fact is, this is the very first ‘Dual Graphics Adapter Operating as One’ Laptop in the world. It is also the very first laptop with a full 19 inch LCD display. In fact we have provision to include an even larger screen. Someone commented to me that the TigerShark has been released ‘to eat your competitors alive’ just when our competitors mistakenly thought it was safe to go back in the water…”, stated the company president, Dr. Jack A. Shulman.

The New TigerShark model, like its predecessors, is offered with wrap around Limited Warranty Repair from 1 to 3 years. The TigerShark series is considered the “absolute top of the line, fully mobil design” from CompAmerica since the middle 1990′s, versus the ORCA series which holds the high ground on desktop design laptops.CompAmerica has also hinted at that it will be immanently offering some new, very low cost, onsite service options to enhance its customer service position. These would include: 4-hour Response Time Comprehensive On Site Service throughout the US and North and South America, Europe, Asia and the Pacific; Enhanced Next Business Day Service in the same areas; Enhanced Global 24×7 Technical Support Options (dubbed: “CompAmerica Never Sleeps!”) and even Carry In Service Options throughout the world for all of its products starting some time in the coming few weeks.

A company spokesperson indicated that CompAmerica was finding demand for its products were widening throughout the USA and the World, and as a result it has increased its technical support provisioning capabilities so as to “keep pace with the growth curve of demand for our products”.
